Build new study and entrance hall. Strip out small wooden windows and install new large wooden windows and make good face brick. Install new waste plumbing for new guest toilet

Flush plaster Rhino lite all new ceilings and walls. Build new double garage

Install 6x600x1200 skylights into new patio roof. Install new wood glass sliding doors, install gutters, paint and varnish new custom made laminated timber beam
